Eden Holt grew up in foster care, moving so often she never had a hometown. That experience taught her that roots aren't always given; they can be grown.
Today she is a Trauma-Informed Practitioner and ICF Associate Certified Coach, and the founder of The Connection Effect, which offers life, business and professional development coaching virtually and in person in Springfield, Missouri. She created the ROOT & RISE Method™, which pairs guided reflection with goal-setting and accountability.
The Connection Effect has earned Community Votes Springfield Platinum, Best in Professional Coaching, four years running and is A+ BBB Accredited. A former SCORE mentor, Eden also founded The Blueprint: Women in Business Community. She is a wife, a mother and a community advocate.
