Coaching Scope & Policies

The Connection Effect provides coaching services intended to support client-directed growth, reflection, goal development, accountability and general wellbeing.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, nutritional treatment or crisis intervention. Coaching does not replace services provided by licensed medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other qualified professionals.

Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, wellbeing and outcomes. Where coaching is not appropriate or additional support would be beneficial, we may encourage referral to a qualified provider.

All program details, session cadence, payment obligations, rescheduling, confidentiality, communication boundaries, Wellness Access benefits, cancellation and termination terms are governed by the individual coaching agreement signed before services begin.

If you are experiencing an emergency, immediate danger, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, contact local emergency services or a crisis-support provider in your location. In the U.S., call or text 988.
