Payment & Cancellation Policy

Program fees, payment schedules and any paid-in-full savings are disclosed before enrollment and confirmed in your coaching agreement.

Payment options

• Pay in full and save 10% on any coaching program.
• Or choose an in-house payment plan: equal monthly payments over the length of your program (3 months for ROOT, 6 for RISE and The Steady Path, 9 for THRIVE), charged automatically, totaling the full program fee, with no added plan fee.
• Next Step is $1,080 when paid in full, or three monthly payments of $400 with no added fee.
• CEO Accountability and The Grove are billed monthly. CEO Accountability has a 3-month minimum.
• Single session, Shadow Clearing Intensive and Business Clarity Intensive fees are credited toward a coaching program you begin within 60 days, as described in your agreement.

Sessions and cancellations

Session changes and cancellations follow the notice requirements in your signed coaching agreement. Late or missed payments, early termination, program pauses, refunds and unused Wellness Access benefits are governed by your individual agreement and applicable law.
