Private coaching is an investment in the support, space and accountability that meaningful change requires. Program fees reflect the depth of the partnership, the length of support, the individualized nature of the work and the Wellness Access benefits included.

- Or choose equal monthly payments over your program's length (3, 6 or 9 months), charged automatically, with no added fee.
- Single session, Shadow Clearing Intensive and Business Clarity Intensive fees are credited toward any coaching program you begin within 60 days.
- Investment for ROOT, RISE and THRIVE is shared during your complimentary Connection Session.
Questions
Before you begin
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-focused work for people who are ready to grow. It is not therapy, counseling, medical care, diagnosis or crisis support. If therapy or another licensed service would serve you better, we'll talk about a referral or a complementary support path.
Do I need to know which program I want before booking?
Not at all. Clarity isn't a prerequisite. Your complimentary Connection Session is where we talk through where you are and find the path that fits, including whether coaching is the right support right now.
Can we meet in person?
Yes, if you're local. Coaching is available virtually from anywhere, and in person in Springfield, Missouri.
How does support between sessions work?
Every service includes between-session support by email or text, whichever you choose during intake. Replies typically come within 24 hours.
How do payments work?
Programs are 10% off when paid in full. You can also choose equal monthly payments over the length of your program (3, 6 or 9 months), charged automatically, with no added fee. Single session, Shadow Clearing Intensive and Business Clarity Intensive fees are credited toward any coaching program you begin within 60 days.
Will I work with Eden or another coach?
Every client starts with Eden. During your intake she'll match you with the coach who fits you best, or you can tell her who you already feel drawn to.
