A certified Aromatherapist, EFT Practitioner, and Breakthrough Coach, she helps women break through fear, self-doubt, and survival patterns so they can show up fully—without fixing, forcing, or faking it. Her work blends scent, somatics, and nervous system support to help clients feel safe enough to take up space, speak clearly, and move forward. Catherine’s not here to hand you a mindset hack or another push-through plan. She knows most women aren’t stuck because they lack willpower—they’re stuck because their nervous system never learned how to feel safe. That’s the shift she helps create. Her work is especially powerful for women entrepreneurs who feel stalled or invisible—helping them reconnect to their voice, their presence, and their power.
