Cancellation Policy

Coaching Session Booking Policy We’re committed to providing a smooth and professional experience for all clients. Please review the following policy before booking your session. 1. Booking & Payment All coaching sessions must be booked through our online scheduling system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, your confirmed booking rate will be honored. 2. Scheduling & Availability Sessions are available by appointment only. Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to secure your preferred time. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be considered a late cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or forfeited without refund. 4. No-Shows Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without notice will forfeit the session and payment. 5. Refunds Coaching services are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session within 30 days. 6. Coaching Commitment By booking a session, you agree to actively participate, arrive prepared, and maintain an open and respectful environment. Coaching is a partnership; results depend on your personal commitment and follow-through.
