YOUR TIMEZONE

State the decision or question you want to work through in one or two sentences.

Why does this decision matter now?

Is there a date or consequence creating urgency?

What options are you currently considering?

What feels clear already?

What feels confusing, heavy, or difficult to name?

What do you fear may happen if you choose incorrectly?

Whose expectations or opinions are influencing the decision?

What values must the decision respect?

What limits are real right now, including time, money, health, relationships, or capacity?

What have you already tried to do to reach clarity?

What do you notice yourself avoiding?

If the session is useful, what will be different when it ends?

Is there any relevant background Eden needs in order to understand the situation without using session time to reconstruct it?

Is there anything you do not want to explore in this session?
