Payment and Cancellation Policy

Program fees, payment schedules, and any paid-in-full savings or enrollment bonuses are disclosed before enrollment and confirmed in the coaching agreement.

Internal payment plans are scheduled installments toward the total program fee. Extended payment plans, if offered, may carry a different total program price and will be disclosed before enrollment.

Third-party payment providers, if available, are independent providers. Approval, lending or financing terms, repayment terms, interest, fees, disputes, refunds, and account administration are governed by the provider’s terms.

Session changes and cancellations must follow the notice requirements in the signed coaching agreement.

 

Late or missed payments, early termination, program pauses, refunds, and unused Wellness Access benefits are governed by the individual agreement and applicable law.
